    Wow,
Different for sure. I just dont like the way the motor is mounted at all and the muffler is built WAY ghetto. Good idea for all the C-dale's with the blown up motors.

i see your from charlestown. i am originally from jeffersonville. my son use to race a moto for a local dealer when he was 14 and 15. ask stocktires he done some major butt kicking around here on that quad. we loved the quad but after 4 motors in 8 months and cannondale shutting down we had to go on to another quad. we get back up there about once a year as my sister still lives there. may bring the quads next time and try and find a race.

If you and or your son are still racing mx, Charlestown has a mx track. I race xc but occasionally will race an mx race. I have several friends that race there all the time. Let me know when you come back to Jeff and we can work something out.

It sucks that you had so much trouble with the Cannondale. We have come a long way since those days. With a few mods, reliability has increased by about 3000%. LOL. Right now I'm running a stock asso piston with a Timbomoose stroker crank putting me at 450ccs. The stroker crank is balanced and is riding on a Z400 needle bearing. I about 95% sure that there have been no crank failures with these mods. Nowadays, people are rebuilding motors either to do these reliability mods or to rebuild the topend due to longevity and wear. Since this is off topic, shoot me a PM or something.

Quick question, where is Charlestown? North or South Indiana? My Girlfriend goes to IU and her family lives right outside of Evansville. I'm planning on bringing the quad up there after it's done.

Yep. Its about 25 minutes from Downtown Louisville, and 2 hours east (on I-64) from Evansville. Basically Charlestown and Evansville are on opposite sides of the state. There used to be a great riding spot just outside of Evansville. It was an old strip mine at the Lynnville/spurgeon exit. Its now owned by the state and they only open it up every so often. They opened it this year for the Toys for Tots charity program.

IU is about 2 hours from me too. Well maybe not quite that far. There is a place to ride near there too. Its also owned by the state. Its called Redbird and is part of the Hoosier National Forest. I haven't been there before but a few people over at Lincoln Country Trail Riders and Kentucky riders have been there. I'm pretty sure that its in Brown County.

It seems like every riding park is about 2-3 hours from me.

My bad. Its not brown county. I was thinking of some mountain bike trails. Its between Lawrence and Sullivan Counties.

Here is a link to Indiana places to ride.

    http://www.in.gov/dnr/outdoor/ohv/

There are a few places in Western Ky to ride too that aren't too far away from Eville.
