    fine tuning a rejetted carb

I have just recently but a quad works power kit on my 2005 trx500 S, i re-jetted the main jet and i need to know how I can fine tune the carb. It runs great and i noticed a little more juice but i know that it needs some work. When i gun on the throttle and let off, sometimes it boggs out a bit and seems to be having trouble staying idle. Sometimes she over comes it and is fine, but sometimes it stalls. i suspect its running too rich.
is there a way too get more power out of these quads?
Ive tried to look for ignition modules but could not find one.
    would an aftermarket exhaust help???

    Please help me out!
i cant satisfy my need for power!

    thankx

Pipes filters and ignition is the easiest way to get power unless you have the money for a BIG bore kit
well lets hope you put the carb back together ,
    the float could be sticking
