If the engine was brand new, then I would say yes, but the KTM 525 has been around for years and has a vary good rep for power and reliability. So I would have no problem.
As far as the 2 year warranty, I thought the 525 wasn't included according to my dealer a week ago. It would be nice tho if they did add it. Tyler or Chad, and info on the warranty?

I was on the Polaris site the other day, maybe Monday, and KNOW I saw the 525 listed under the 2 Yr warranty deal. When I was at the dealer yesterday and asked them about it, they told me that it was not included in the offer. After looking just now, the 525 has its own "Current Offer" and it does not include the warranty. It was DEFINITELY changed from Monday's current offer listing!

When they first posted the free 2 year warranty on the Polaris website the Outlaw 525 was listed as a qualifying vehicle. Today when I checked it is not in the list but has its own offer of just ride free till 2008.

As far as reliability I am not too worried. Like GE4x4 said the KTM is known as much for its reliability as it is its power and the Outlaw chasis has had most of its problems with the '06 addressed.

Interesting, the dealer I talked to said there was a 2 year warranty. I will have to make sure he knows what he is talking about.

They had the 2yr deal only until dec 31. jan 1 it went to a new promotion. There will be new promotions in march but with a new model that is really hot don't expect anything more than good financing.

I dont think they even realized they did it becasue it didn't matter. There would be no Outlaw 525's until jan anyways. They just grouped it with the 500.

Or are we referring to the RZR.
