It's the factory headlight guard from the 350x or 250r trikes. You should be able to find them on ebay.

The headlight guard on that bike is a hondaline part that is discontinued. That part was available for the '87-'88 TRX250X. I have found a few on ebay. I have them on a couple of bikes. see pics.

no way dude, I jsut sold a 350x a few months back, they have dual headlights, way different...I cant see any trike guard fitting a 300ex...

looks liek they sit high, cool front bumper whered that come from?

The one that looks high, looks that way because it was not installed when picture was taken, just sitting there. It is installed in other picture. The bumper is a factory '87-'88 TRX250X bumper with the Hondaline bumper extension installed. I found it on ebay, just like the light guard.
