    quick ring question

    My new JE crf450 piston came in and I got a quick question since no installation guide came with it. The middle compression ring, the fat one, has a dot on one side. Which side goes up? The yop also has a "N" on it...that is up also?

    From what I've always seen the marked side goes up. Worked for me.
