250x piston

i am looking for a piston to put in a 250x engine i am putting together all i can find in a wiseco piston is 12;1 compression.is anyone running these pistons and do you have to run race fuel in it i would think so.does anyone have any suggestion on a piston to put in this thing its just a stock refresher and extra quad so i dont want to spend alot on this thing

I ran a .020 12:1 Wiseco with 93oct...really should be run w/ race gas, but it worked fine for me. The border is 11:1- that and higher needs race fuel. If you don't want the high compression, go with the stock 9.4:1 from Honda.

The only in-between I can find is a 275cc big bore with 10.5:1 where you would need to re-sleeve (Powroll, $315)
