    What have you broke

    Just courious...

    What have you broken on your king quad prematurly(sp?)?

    Like axles, tie rods, brakes ect

    The only thing I have ever broke on my '05 was a fuse. I blew the fuse for the fan on the radiator causing me to overheat, once i figured out it was the fuse, problem solved. No other problems since. Once the copperhead vdi comes out, I will have no complaints with the KQ either.

    Ya the VDI CDI is gonna be awesome. Too bad I can not run it in the National races

    Sheaves

    Has anyone ever had any prob with the drive sheaves going bad?

    Not yet (fingers crossed), although I still have stock tire size but have been in some pretty deep muck.

    5 front axles, 2 front output shafts stripped, 1 front output shaft broke in half and cracked the engine/transmission case.
    suzuki king quad--- power commander w/ dynoed map, K&N air filter, HL pro belt, yoshimura pipe, epi clutch kit, 2" lift, homemade snorkel, aluminium a-arm guards, 27" outlaws on the back and 28" EDLs on the front.

    I need to add 2 tie rods and 1 tie rod end, that was put on the list today.

    Did you get the tie rod recall done to your King?
