Both are great exhausts.. HMF and Sparks are like neck and neck on quality but HMF comes at a cheaper price. but in the end if u get the sparks x-6 you might gain a little more HP if you start doing motor mods and stuff.

An hmf will run u less and probably give you much better low end how ever if you want top end get the sparks this will yeild more power but at a higher cost. Also i would just go with a slip on.

Most usable power for a stock or slightly modified would be the hmf. The sparks will give you more with a modified engine. Hmf will give you the most bang for your buck. Sparks will probably be the best if you want the most and money is not a big problem.

Sparks all the way!! I just got my sparks x6 on and finally got to test it out today and I love it.

It has the best sound that I have heard so far on an ex. It is loud but a good loud with a deep rumble. Even though its louder then some when you go by the neighbors all you have to do is lug it in the next higher gear. It sounds awsome just luging around through trails in the meaty part of the power range.

Sparks is my dream pipe for my X..... But it depends on mods, Mine is pretty modded, and doesn't lack a hole lot, so the X6 Sparks would be best for me.

I just got the HMF slip-on & I think it sounds awesome. It definitely gave my 400ex more power. Here is a link to the post I just made. It has a link to a video of my pipe.HMF

i have ran both and the sparks seems to be a little quicker when dragging on a slightly built motor. i have a feeling if i was going to keep it stock i would get the full hmf. if you plan on doing a cam and a piston, i would get the sparks.
