Def not the 250r frame...
The z frame would be ideal due to the radiator mounts and what not, but i have heard of problems with the kicker and the frame rail, so you might want to check that out...

Why not a 250r frame. I could have sworn that I have seen KTM 525's in 250r frames. What kind of mods do you think they had to make to the frame to make it work?
