I have never done one with the 100cc kit but I would start out with at least a 120 main. I know on our 90's with the stock cyl. ported and polished with a pipe and a 24 or 28 mm carb we are running mostly a 115 main with our elavation so like I said I wouldn't start any lower than a 120

What carb are you running?..I just added a UNI filter to our otherwise stock 90 and a #115 jet is still a tad small in our cool fall weather.
