    Polishing

    I was thinking about polishing my side cases and some other parts. If you polished before can you post your pics? And also, Im not really sure what kind of polish to use so tell me what your favorite stuff is, thanks-

    I have used 600 grit and lots of elbow grease,follow it up with some never dull and a cotton cloth. There are lots of ways to do this but thats the way to a "quick" shine for me.

    I use this stuff called Busch Pink and smells weird.

    Mothers aluminum polish has been a standard for years.

    Check the "how to" section for one method of polishing that works well.
    05 400ex 2mm over,11.5:1 or so,a little head work,sparks x-6,flexx,frame work,subframe work,rewired custom wire harness(electronics on airbox),custom reverse system, tapered bearings in rear,Elka triple,comp/rebound,+3 burgard and orange electrical tape on a cheap dura-break aahhmm durablue posi-lock nut. and a few other things....

    I've been using the Mother Aluminum Polish and to make life easier I also use the Mothers polishing balls that you put on electric drills.Works awesome on wheels
