Cr250 Clutch Side Case On Trx250r

Will a CR250 clutch side case work on a TRX250 so you can mak eit a quick change clutch. I haven't seen a Dirt bike motor in person but a couple pictures I seen on the internet they looked very close.

I know none of the newer bikes will and I dont think the older ones like back in the late 80's will either. If you want a quick change clutch cover bad enough there are companies that make them fore the R but they arent very cheap. You can find em on ebay from time to time to.

Do your self a big favor, if your on ebay and you see one of the quick change clutch cover modifications for sale by 'Billit88250r' don't waste your money. His modification on the side cover leaks, and is a total waste of a good sidecover.

If you do my clutch mod you wont need a quick change cover, BUT you will need to exersize your left hand fingers.

You know why clutch plates have to be replaced so often,,,,,cause the bikes in the wrong gear & the riders fanning that clutch lever too much.
