yfz 450 on e-85?

my buddy has a yfz 450 that we just got done with the motor on. both new hot cams, high comp. piston, ported head, & full pipe. we was wondering if anyone has run any e-85 through there yfz. wondering about jet size& any other information needed. thank you for any thing that u can come up with.
