440ex soon to be dyno tuned by mobile dyno

i have a 400ex with a 440 kit just rebuilt with a 12.5.1 wiseco piston ported poilshed head stage 2 hot cam rev box fatboy 4 full exhaust and doug eichner 440 carb also. dyno numbers will be posted after it is done what kind of numbers should i expect

I'll guess 40 hp with regular tires--just a guess.

We have build a setup like yours today at the shop.Here the mods and the HP :

440ex Wiseco 12.5:1
Webcam
HD Spring Valves
carb
Pipe
K&N filter
open box
Stock CDI box

This bike made 45hp 33lbs torque with a too rich pilot jet.That was made on pump gaz.

The bike run great on 91 octane gaz!!With u4,you can have a 2-3hp gain!!

^^^I would like to see the graphs. I will post graphs of 400 00 hp from sunday. He made 40hp with 28tq. If you have the same mods then your close to him. The Doug Eichner Carb is still 38mm bore so that didn't help anything. Althought I would Like to try a STG 3 web in my 440. I may test some cams. I am getting 42 with my 440 and I have a XC Cam in. Nothing Agressive. Please post graph. I would like to see it.

I'd like to see the graph too. 12.5:1 on pump gas?? Something isn't adding up....

I know. 12:5 has to have atleast 50/50 mix of 110/93 to run properly. IMO he isn't getting 45hp, but I would like to see proof. The graphs will tell. I am running 12:5 comp. om my 440 and I was running 50/50. I just want to 100% cam2. I just had to change my jetting for it. Picked up some to. I have alot of mods done to mine and I'm at 42hp. A better cam for me will tell if I can get 45. I have mild componets. I know the DRG porting is better than the porting than he's got.

I make a mistake,that is not the setup that I said.The bike that I said the mods are not working now but the bike that I was talking that make 45hp,its another one.I will post the dyno result in another thread with amazing gain!!!
