Ok so took my head off and i turned it over to look at the bottom of my valves....well i ruined the black part where the vlaves sit...do i have to get a brand new head or can i get just that part?

Little confused at what you are saying about the black part being messed up. But I'm sure a decent machine shop could fix your problem.

no not the gasket...its the part where you slide the valves through......the 4 holes where the valves , the middle part of all the valves is what i messed up.
I believe your refering to the valve guides.
You could get new ones from service honda or try C&D.
