Has anybody used the alba shift cam. I want to know how it works befor i buy it. Any help would be appriciated. I race my shee cross-country so i do alot of shifting and even though banshees are great lets face it the shifting and suspension suck. I fixed the shocks with works now on to the shifting.

im assuming youre talking about the shift star mod... from what i understand it works wonders... what oil you use also affects the easyness of your shifting, or lack thereof...

I believe you can also have the shift star mod done to your own stock shift star. I can't remember exactly what is done, but I believe some rounding is done to make it shift more smoothly. Do a search on BansheeHQ, I'm sure you can find something on there.
