i have heard a that they are going to build a 4 stroke banshee

has anyone else heard that or is it just a rumour

in dirt wheels they were talking about one. It would use one of the snowmobiles motor that is a 499cc 4 stroke. it seems like it would be a pretty cool fourwheeler, but i dont know how surious dirt wheels are about this fourwheeler

yah i get dirt-wheels and thats correct, both the banshee and Blaster are getting new engines, 4-stroke snowmobile engines, i belive the Banshee is getting the Phazer 499 engine and the Blaster might be getting the phazer engines, but built down into a 250

i'm pretty sure that is just dirtwheels talking... kinda like when they came out a few years ago and said honda was gunna make a 750 ex - 3 250ex cylinders together to compete against the raptor... it was just a concept... they do that periodically...

yamaha has already built a 4 stroke bike to continue with their market share of the sport quads- the yfz 450... and i'm not so sure how much better a 500 2 cylinder would be compared to single cylinder 450... sounds like mroe trouble than what it worth... i love banshees, but thats part of what i dont like - you have to buy two of everything to mod it, and when something break, you gotta buy two of everything again..

anyways, it appears dirt wheels is just saying it would be a cool idea... dont get your hopes up...

In that way Dirt wheels install hte issue on the people maybe it takes years to be heard by the factory goys or maybe they don´t even consider it

BTW why a blaster with a big 250 motor when they have that yzf 250 beauty to put inside them. And if they put it in a blaster espect it to be in a similar and expensive cost like the 450 (look the diiference in price of the 250 gainst the 450)
