    nice write up.....very good documentation. BTW afroman and I just completed very simular swaps on our sons kazuma mini falcons. we both have electric start 110 autoclutch 4 spds from lifan that make 7hp to the wheels!

    Pappy, keep us updated on the long-term effects. The increase in power will obviously allow Cody to hit things a little faster and a little harder, and I'm curious about how well the chassis will hold up to the added abuse that he is now able to dish out.

    The chassis lasted about as long as it did with a built 125cc TRX90 engine. The only area we saw that needed more beefing up then normal was the rear engine mounts.

    once you have the engine installed, mount the kick start lever and you will see exactly what you need to do!
