    Polish that scratched head light

For my Z and other plastic lenses

Well I could not see a thing last weekend with my stock scratched up to hell headlight. So here is the possible solution.

Deep scratches- use 400 to 600 grit wet sand
Rubbing compound after to buff out wet sanding
Then I found a Meguiars product called PlastX for lenses...used a nice cloth with plenty of elbow grease..almost perfect.

If you are so inclined to use a power buffer be careful not to heat up the lens to much, it will melt.

I read on a VW site that after sanding, Mothers CHROME polish will also work. I'll see if I can find the Tut.
