    AC Racing stuff finally

    Sorry I have lagged so long on postng these. The 90 still isnt done so I mounted the nerfs and bumper on a 50 just so you could all see the nerfs and bumper.

    Nerf front mount

    The nerfs mount to the stock mounting brackets. The front...

    Bumper

    Here is a shot of the bumper and how it mounts to stock mounting. exactly like the stock bumper. Yeah it looks way big with stock arms but will look much better once exteneded arms are on.

    Those nerfs look good! So no having to modify anything, just take off the running boards and bolt on? How much and where can I buy them, Thanxs.

    Kymco has the long a-arms. i saw them being shipped to them a week or so ago.

    Thats definitely the good thing about these nerf bars. I have read all of the mini threads about the bolt on nerfs being garbage. Well these are just like the regular size quad nerfs.
    Remove the floorboards and bolt them right on. Now you may want to reinforce the stock brackets but I dont think you need too.

    I believe AC Racing is selling them direct and they should already be in production by now. Sorry I did not get any shots of the grab bar.

    Oh and if you are concerned about wheight these parts took alot of weight off the quad.
