From what I've read on their rules sheet, anyone can race as long as it is a factory engine in a factory frame with stock dimensions. No 12"+ extended swingarms.

The reason Speedworld is only running an 1/8 mile event is because they are allowing everyone to use knobbies. By only having an 1/8 mile program, they are keeping the speeds down. However, they will allow people to run 1/4 mile with D.O.T. tires.
