the kazuma 90 falcon in action!

here's a few video's of my boy. This is his 1st quad but has been riding a yamaha trizinger 60 trike since the diaper days..

The quad is still stock. I flip flopped the rear wheels to get +3 on each side. Planning on doing the same with the front but the valve stem must be redrilled to the other side then the orginal stem put in backwards to clear the brake caliper..

After the race this weekend I decided that it was time for some mods. I have ordered the Big Gun Evo mini for the trx90. Gonna fabricate an adapter for a k/n. And have 14 and 15 tooth sprockets on the way. Shocks will be my next upgrade after a few more races..

I'll post all info of the upgrades and how well they install and perform.

boy that thing is moving you must have been using
    the 14 th front sprocket.
i've been looking at engine mods, i think honda 90 performance parts will work. like cam, high compression pistons, rev box's
and even a trx 90 engine will bolt right up. i talked to hsdracing.com and the said "Yes we can develop arms for anything but i need the stock front end to measure
    Estimated price $595.00"

i have alot of honda and yamaha a-arms laying around
i'll work on a bracket maybe to put some honda arms on.
i'm hoping 300ex arms because to go longer than that you can just buy 400ex arms they bolt up the same..
but if i figure it out. i'll let ya know. maybe ship you
    one to try..

    the quad is still stock..

I just got the new parts yesterday..
Sprocket are a prefect match, not sure if the 15 will work once the chain is in place and the cover back on it may rub..

The Big Gun Mini pipe came also, I oredered the trx90, it's about 8" long, but it's gonna be cut down and rewelded.

I am looking for a reducer from 1 1/8" (the carb size) to 1 1/4" (intake tube).

I also need to take the carb off and see what type of jets are in it..

With just removing the airbox and using the k/n it's gonna have mega air flow..

Plus adding the pipe, it maybe better to look for a bigger carb.. not sure yet!

Rev box? I havn't even noticed this one hitting any type of limit..
I got the older honda 110's and the heads and stuff look like a good match.(haven't tried em yet) I know the kazuma 110 heads while bolt on the 90, the only difference are the size of the vavles..

$600 for a arms? I wonder if we get a few orders if they would get the price lower?

Are you wanting just a wider stance?

I am seriously thinking of getting another one of these quads for me..
    later,
    Chad
