    yeah i dunno, i left my airbox on just for splash protection! if i was in dry lands or dunes, i would just run with no box! i did some woods riding the other day, and am happy to report i had no problems with mud or water!

    ok heres the deal im done with the intake im not shure if i need to re jet or not. its riding fine but its got a slight bog i think i might need to go up one jet size wat do yaw think. but as soon as i hit the throttle the thing stands straight up. it s got massive throttle response. so help might need to rejet.

    give me your jetting specs right now, and where is the bog at? short throttle, mid throttle, or full throttle? i will see if i can help. hey post up some pics too man, i am curious to see how your project turned out

    that is f*cking awesome!!!!!! how does she ride? i take it you primarily drag though being that the filter is sticking out the side see how it goes, because you could always upgrade to a bigger filter as well

    the quad is on its winter rebuild and still is not done so right now it does not run i have to buy a biger oil tank be4 i start it up and i have to wait for the drag races to open so i can go buy some alky
    i thinks its a little to long thow i will prolly cut about 2" off it this winter the quad was stock so it has came along way

    yeah and about it sticking out the side i have the other part of the intake the part you are using on urs i might use so its under my seat but i want to see what performes better

    sounds good. yeah if you are drag racing, i dont think it will be that big of a deal coming out of the side, but for any other type of riding, definetly put it under the seat.

    just remember the shorter the intake is from the carb, the more top end, and the longer the more acceleration. you probably should cut it down a bit. play around with it a bit!
