starting switch?

what do you guys use for your starting switch, im going to be taking off the kill switch (replacting with a tether) and the head light and tail light, i dont want to have that big cluster of buttons on my bars. On my 250r i only have a teher cuz of no electric start. SO what are you guys using? Post pics if possible

Will this button plug in to the stock harness? Do I replace multi function switch with button and jump on-off wires? thanks for your help with this.
