400 ex carb on 300 ex

what kind of a difference should I expect if my bike has a high comp piston and stage 3 cam?

should add good power over the 300's carb

The 400ex carb gives the 300ex quicker throttle response.

ok cool, what size jetting ya think I should start with since it has a fmf full exhaust and the guy told me it has a stage 3 web cam and high comp piston?

Look here and here. I think 150 for the main jet from reading some other threads, but search and see also.
