@ Iceman, I really like that.
Here is my new LED 350PV. LED pipe, yukon gears, complete motor build. Pro series Radiator, lowered for ice racing.
Is that a Pro-x PV - is he still using rotax pv's? Any chance you could post some more pics of the other side as well as the pipe/silencer.Originally posted by latheboy

How does the 400ex plastic/seat feel in comparison to a 250R? I have a similar setup but haven't been able to ride it yet as it's a long process build.Originally posted by TheIceMan

Basically, this is an ESR cylinder, ported by LED. He buys directly from them. It also uses the ESR type powervalve. I asked Arlan about the Rotax style powervalve and he said I could put one on it if I wanted to. He didnt see any problem with the ESR style tho. The pipe is all hand made by Arlan. I had him make me two rear cones for it. The one pictured is "soft TT". He claims the powerband comes on softer, giving you a better chance to get traction on dirt, or loose tracks. He also made me the shorter rear cone for ice racing, which is should bring the powerhand on harder. On the ice, we have really, the best possible traction. This winter should be fun, this quad is going to be a handfull!

If you look real close,it also has stock '04 450R front hubs,I'm running the ' 04 450 spindles and calipers too. So far so good.
A camping buddy of mine is the owner of this bike, he was the first 250R owner in the group and says he will have this bike when he's old and retired!
