    port and polish

    hey guys what do they do when they port and polish ur motor?
    02 honda recon(sold and missed)

    03 400ex sold

    04 honda foreman 27' super swampers
    04 f350 diseal super duty crew cab
    96 blazer 4.3l

    It depends on how much money you want to spend.most just hog out the ports and call it good.some use a flow bench to get consistant results.you can go mild or wild.
    05 400ex 2mm over,11.5:1 or so,a little head work,sparks x-6,flexx,frame work,subframe work,rewired custom wire harness(electronics on airbox),custom reverse system, tapered bearings in rear,Elka triple,comp/rebound,+3 burgard and orange electrical tape on a cheap dura-break aahhmm durablue posi-lock nut. and a few other things....

    Make the intake and exhaust ports bigger resulting in more air flow. Then polish the exhaust ports only.
