Grr..

Got my 300 4X4 stuck in about a foot of mud last night. It looked like I could just plow through it, but got half way accross and all the sudden a bunch of water came out of the mud and I was in.

I had to leave it there over night so I could go down the the store and get a tow chain that reaches 200 ft to the nearest tree so i could winch it back up out of the cove.

The worst part was that the cove doesnt have running water through it, and most the mud is full of dead fish and sewage. I wont try that again, atleast with my quad =)

my 400ex hasn't ever seen a mud puddle... I GO AROUND IT and if it rains i'm not gonna go out.

that sucks! i would could never leave my quad somewhere over night. i would have to set up camp and keep my eye on it all night! i would just hope the sewage dosnt smell to bad

Hehe, the smell wasnt to bad until you really got into the mud. And the quad wasnt all that important to have to camp out overnight to watch it =P. I'd do it again if I had my old 4x4 Jeep with a 310 Chevy engine in it !
