it is pretty cold out and i was wonderning since i didnt change the jets for winter the jettin could be off??

or did i flood it to much and it did fire and it was just the compression?

just wondering if its a critical problem?

sounds like you may have pumped teh throttle before you fired it and she backfired. i wouldnt worry, its the R's way of chitcanning the spark arrestor

Actually when its really cold out i do the same thing. i pump the throttle 2-3 times and then kick it over, seems to start a lot easier this way. mine will back fire also and then right after that the next kick it will start. you just gotta get the little pop first i guess lol.
