With over 30 Pro Entries, there were two Pro Qualifiers and a LCQ to narrow the Pro field down to 20 riders.

In the first LCQ, there was a pileup in the first turn, which involved Donald Lysinger, Jeremy Lawson, and Trent Kandel

Pat Brown would lead the race till the end of the first lap, but ran into an issue which dropped him back a few positions.
