wow, I figured there would be plenty of responses. We run a 24mm keihin and really like it. I would have liked to have tried a 20mm but we got a really good deal on this kit. I know some people jump right to a 28mm but end up having problems moving enough air through it. I would like to see dyno numbers from the same engine but different carbs. I know there are a bunch of variables you can put into it but a straight carb to carb number run would be nice.

    hey Livin4rEAL

Where did you get your keihin carb at? Was it used? I cant seem to find em anywhere and I keep getting referred to Sudco for a Mikuni.

I agree w/ Livin4real bigger isn't always better. we ran a 28 and went down to a 24 and 26 depending on the track. We get better throttle responce.

We currently run a 20mm RDslide kehein on our 70. We have great low to mid but gets flat up top. We run this of a pod filter because i cant seam to get it to run as good throw the air box. We are looking into a good 24mm. On our 90 we are going to try a 28 FTslide Kehien and work from there. Just wanted to see what everyone else is tring these days. So lets here MORE. Thanks everyone.

We also run a 28mm keihn- no problems here! We do rejet from time to time depending on the weather conditions.

have either of you tried a 24mm and then checked the numbers?
A 28mm may run fine but you alot of people see more performance from a smaller one.
