The porting was done by me under my business name RB Racing. The bore size was 68.5mm or 267cc.

Yo Rob, whats up bro?? Thats too funny. This is Gary D. from Jersey. You did a bunch of 250r cylinders for me, remember?

Hey i still got a buddy who runs your port work on his 265. I wonder what that thing puts up. Its that YZ piston with the small spacer plate, long rod. Runs like a champ. We found that the best pipe on that thing ended up being a trinity stage 4 believe it or not. 38 stryker, also a dgh needle, bout a 185 or so main....Awsome from bottom to top. Dont get me wrong, i slap him around with the thumper when he needs it

I wanted him to bring it down to the dyno but he's just not into it like i am in that respect. He enjoys actually riding more than working on it....imagine that

Nice to see a 250r dyno graph. Impressive numbers by the way. Thanks for posting it.

Hello Gary, of course I remember you! I thought those 520R posts might be your but its been a while and I didn't know you had a 450R. Those are real impressive numbers for that 450R too! I'm thinking I might have to get me one of those 450's in th spring and start tinkering with it. Keep up the good work with the 450R.

I know it seems crazy but i was a huge 2 stroke fan too and NEVER thought id switch over but i got to ride one, see the potential, and couldnt resist.

If you like the 520 numbers then wait till i get the 550 to lock the clutch up and put the power to the wheels. In a comparison, its like when i went from the 450 to the 520, the same leap going from the 520 to the 550! The 550 is just absolutly sick. Almost uncontrolable.

Just think, you could port a nice head for yourself.....hit me up for what cams and pistons to drop in.....get a good exhaust....we'll have dynoed them all!

Anyhow Rob, its nice to hear from you and if anyone needs a good port job they should look you up, P.M. you. RB Porting does very good 2 stroke porting work

Looks good. What do you mean by "full port"? Are you willing to post the timing specs?

It has had a lot of port work done to it which is why I called it a full port. There's probably a little more left in it which is why I started to re-evaluate the cylinder and motor set up as part of my 250R rebuild this winter. If I squeeze some more out of it, I'll post an update.
