I don't get it. This guy has a 520R, which I asume is a 450R with a big bore getting only 54hp. People all around this board are saying a 06 450R with a HRC is getting 50hp. So why would you go through all the hassle of a BB for only 4hp.

the adavantage of bigger 520 displacement is not the hp, it's the torque.
hp is only calculated torque.
The 06 w/HRC is not getting 50 rear wheels though. That was a Honda claim. Maybe crank if that sounds about right. Anyone know about how much hp you lose on bikes like this from crank to rear wheels? The only figures I've seen from people that have dyno'd their 06 w/HRC are from 43-46.
