Thats a nice improvement for a reliable setup!

    Hey Moble,

I am running a HMF full with the airbox lid ON, and the quiet core in most of the time. What do you think I should run for my main.

I have a 160 in now but it is probably way rich based on that graph of the 416 with a 150. What the 150 good on the EGT for the 416?

    Thanks for your help

I would say the 150 would work fine in your set up. You would even be safe with a 148

For those simple mods that's decent gains. I'd like to get my 416 on one sometime in the near future. I"M guessing it would be around 38-40.

Wow! And to think I went from a 180 - 172 - 168 -160 and am still that rich. I guess after winter I will have some work to do. Do you think I will get a bit more power from that?

Yea, the closer you get to an optimal burn, the more power you should see.

Here is TURBO-530R old 416 he dyno'd on a in Frederick, MD

I believe, this dyno was taken before he put NOS on it and blew the 416 up on the dyno with a 30 shot.

this is what happens when you put 30 shot NOS on a 416ex with a stock connecting rod.

That 416 was bad arse. When we tripped to Silver Lake Michigan that 416 would line up and smoked all the 440ex's there that weekend with no problem. It was fun to see and hear that 416 scream.
