I have put my 88 together a few times, i have a manual that has the specs i think, but we dont ever torque them down to what they say we go by our own feeling, if you do want them i think it has them i can check. as for the power valve you have to make sure the keeper key goes in before the head and there is a way to set it to factory but i would have to look that up too.
