raptor missing

i have a 01 raptor with a full graydon exhaust, pro-flow kit with foam filter, no airbox lid, 160 and 165 main jets, and needles set on 4th from top. the pilot jets are stock. at low rpm with a load on it, it will cut out and die. to start it i have to turn the choke on slighty and hold the throttle about 1/4 open. my guess is i need bigger pilot jets. any suggestions would be great. if it is pilot jets then what size should i go with? btw, elevation here is about 1200 feet, if it helps.

25 pilots and 1.5 turns out on your screws. Low to midrange misses can also be caused by the needle, an aftermarket one usually helps.
