Ok, first off.... That little picture thing is called an Avatar. To get one do the following...
Goto your user cp
goto options
scroll down till you see change avatar button
click it and then it will take you to the next page
browse your computer for the image you want and click ok
it has to be no bigger than 65x65 pixels and 20000 kbytes in size (i think)

Its pretty simple.

Second. No your not blind, that is a blue ex. The thing is though that I have a program that can invert colors and stuff so I took one of the Honda site and converted the red to blue thus you have a Blue 250ex.
