Need some help with no footers!

Here's my problem. I have had my 400ex for a few months, and have ridden dirt bikes for the past 3-4 years. I can do no handers no problem, but can't quite figure out the no footers. I go off the jump and can take one foot and kick it out, but when I try kicking both feet to the side the rear end of the quad kicks up. It feels like when my feet leave the pegs at the same time the seat comes up and hits me in the butt. Any advice? Any other somewhat easy tricks I can try? Thanks. Here's a pic from today, sorry it's crappy quality, it's a snapshot from a clip of video.

go off the jump normal speed and hit it. then just let your feet go. for some reason everytime i try to think about it before i go i dont hit it as fast. so i jsut fly off the jump and do whatever comes to mind. heres my no footer.

Same thing I was going to say, it sounds like hes inadvertantly preloading his back shock right before takeoff. Maybe try having your body weight farther back on the quad.

Alright, thanks for the tips guys. I think I need to work on getting a little more air, that might be one of my problems. I just gotta set up a small table-top(that's all I want). I'm going to keep trying though, not going to give up til I can throw it.

Well I am hopefully(depending on the weather) going to get a couple tons of dirt tomorrow or Saturday. I am going to make myself a table top, I am thinking like 5-6' tall and 10-20' long top lip to top lip...that sound about right? I'm thinking that if I make the angle right I will get big air and not travel too far distance-wise. Any suggestions?
