    03 steering stem

I just purchased an 03 cannibal and the top of the steering stem hits the plastic covering the tank when I turn it. I am assuming that this is not normal. It looks as if it has been changed. Could someone post a picture of what the original looks like?
    Thanks.

02 stem dosn't have a bracket for a stabilizer and the top mopunt came strait up off the angled stem. the 03 stems had a tab for a stabilizer down low and the mount was inline with the angle of the stem.

I figured it out. I have an 03 stem. The lower stem mount had been cobled with a couple of bearing flanges and bearing from a farm store or something. Got the new part this afternoon . Put it on and it pushed the stem up almost an inch. Turns a lot easier also. Thanks for the help.
