    HMF Exhaust

I was looking at buying a HMF slip on for the Predator. THe specs say a 155 main jet and not to modify the airbox. What exactly counts as an airbox modification? Does a K&N filter count??

I've got a Rath header w/ Carbon Fiber Yoshimura Comp series silencer... I've also got a twin air clamp on filter and I'm running a 190 Mikuni main jet. I've got both carb mods from Nicholas Cycle and my motor is not stock either! Plus I run on straight 110 octane race gas which messes with your jetting! So I'm not a good example to go off of...

Jackal, I put a K&N drop in, went up 3 main jet sizes, stock being a 150, I think mine is a 155 or 157, don't remember, and have a pure polaris slip on with all the disks out. It runs perfect and I have around 60 xc races on it. I definately could feel a difference in response from the motor. It runs perfect all over the country as I run the GNCC. Hope that this helps.

love it on my pred, the throttle response is awesome. I don't know quite how much defference just the carb made cuz I put the carb, pipe, and CDI on in the same day.My buddy did put his on seperate and he loves the difference though
