you will need to be an AMA member ($39 Year) and a member of your district (normally about $15 year) some had just posted the District 15's web site on here last week about the culver race. District 15 is Indiana. Let me know if you have other questions.

It really depends on where the race is being held at. Some places require a kill swith teather. Almost all places require pants, helmet, gogles, over the ankle boots. If you go to a race at haspin you won't need an ama card or anything just be there with a quad pants and a helmet. And go as fast as you possibly can!!!!

Once you get the quad and gear in order here is some help on finding races.

http://www.atvaonline.com You can get your compation membership online and find races by state.

http://www.amadistrict15.org For Indiana racing. We don't have many quad harescrambles, but as they've said, Haspin Acres has quite a few there. They just don't count as district points.

    http://www.amadistrict17.com For Illinois racing.

I don't know the website for Kentucky, but check on the ATVA site it should be there.

You will need to call the contact phone number given for each race for start times, etc. Many here in Indiana are held at private riding clubs, not ride parks that are open to the public.

Hope yu come out and join the fun. Next up for us in the wonderfull Cornstalk 100 at Lincoln Trails. At least it won't be a "Mudstalk" this year!
