    Yes its a turbo. All hondas come stock with it usually around the 4th or 5th powerband I mean gear.

    Maybe it's the jet engine changing powerbands
    2001 Honda 250ex-K&N airfilter, removed airbox lid, removed exhaust baffle, Powroll piston and high lift rocker arm, PRM front bumper, DG nerfs, home made skidplate.

    heck, i wish i could buy one, not enought money to get one and install it, ill just stick with easier things, im too lazy to do that crap

    but yea, ranchers have a mean powerband, but no turbo, srry honda aint gonna put that much in there atv's. and dont worry adam, it aint gonna beat ur 400
