    Differences between sportrax 400ex and trx400ex?

    im trying to decide which 1 to get, could sum1 tell me some of the differences?

    They are the same thing.

    except the red ones are faster than the black or yeller....

    the trx's have reverse, and what rico said is true. the red ones go alot faster than the yellows. i wish i got a got a red.

    hm, so they're basicly the same thing beside the trx looks better and has reverse but costs a little more... so its basicly a look factor and the reverse. and is reverse a must have? because i may not be able to get a trx around here will probly have to get the sportrax..and they both got the same motor and suspension??.

    well its your opinion that the trx looks better. reverse is nice but not needed.

    Theres also the gearing factor in the 05's, or "TRX", its slower out of the box due too new gear ratio's. Nothing that a sprocket change wouldnt help though. The TRX is 18 lbs heavier, not a big deal to me... And those ugly plastics...

    its slower top end.. supposed to be faster low end due to a 14tooth sproket insted of a 15 tooth as in the previous 5 years

    so the sportrax has less top end?

    but has more low end?

    or the other way around
