Need some help with a shady seller - yz440

Its a small town, Pottsville, PA . I dont think it would be hard for the police to find him. Internet theft is a federal offense. This happened awhile back on the site, the local police went and had a chat with the seller and the buyer got his money back. I'll see what I can do.

Well his other name jk250r isnt banned so look out for him under this name again. If I was you I would call Paypal and talk with them..I got ripped off a little while back and even though they couldnt get me the money out of his paypal account they gave me what they called a courtesy credit of half of what I had given him and they only gave me half because I had gotten half of the parts I was supposed to. Not saying that it will work, but it did for me..It took alot of compalining about how long I have been a member and how it was crappy how they did their refunds to actually get them to work with me. Good luck on this whole thing..its a bad situation all together..

I already filed a complaint with paypal and won. They can not retrieve the money because he has emptied his bank account and paypal account.

He doesn't answer his home phone so I will be calling the Pottsviile courthouse and police department tomorrow.
