Okay all you do is drill a hole in yours apporoxiamately 3/16" wide or something close to it and put a cotter or Lynch Pin through it. You will need to make custom rubber bushings also and remove stock seat grommets. Its a heck of a lot more stable then stock and should last a couple years before it rounds out. I did this to every 400ex i have ever owned ( countless) and never seen a problem with holes rounding out. For bushings use chain rollers.
