    la dunes

    has anyone been to the la dunes in alexandria louisiana? i'm thinkin bout goin there wonderin what its like:devil

    There are dunes in alexandria?? Thats only 170 miles from me!
    Speed is 95% rider and 5% bike, better make that 5% count!

    i go to la dunes all the time. its a blast to me. dont expect something like glamis or little sahara. all in all its a great place to go. we go and bring the pit and make the whole weekend out of it. you can go swimming in the lake. or if your up to it drag race. there are some trails and a few good jumpin spots. but the competition is feirce for drags. its 400ex heaven.it seems to be the majority of whats out there,but watch out when the shees come on sunday. 400's dont stand a chance in the drags when the banshees come out . hope this helps

    Maybe ill just take the ole 505 out there and show them Banshee boys whos the boss!! Drag racing is my thing, im gonna make it a plan to go there!! Where is it located at????

    im not trying to start anything,but ive seen modded 400's out the wazoo,and they are bad,but i cant even elaborate on some of the shees out there. my buddy has one of the fastest ones out there,and no 400 can hang.they do have some badboy 400's out there,so if you go ask around and see if a guy named DAK is out there. if he is,hes the 400 to beat.

    Did you all read about the Four Stroke Wars??? The Sparks 465EX and Raptor725 was beating all the Banshees out there! I know there are some crazy Banshees out there(there always is) but your everyday piped, jetted banshees dont really have a chance!! At any type of good drag race there is almost always a Banshee that will be there thats faster than you! Im building my dragger to beat 4 strokes, but beating some 2 strokes will be fun too
    Everyones asks why i chose a 400EX to be my dragger,,,well with my TC 505 I always have a chance to be the fastest bike out there,,,with building a banshee,,,good luck!!!!!

    Chad, when are you supposed to get your motor back? if you left it stock looking, you do realize that thing would be a sleeper.
