Southwick May Be Canceled
Guys I have posted a post on www.neatv-mx.com It is an announcement on the pending cancelation of Southwicks race on April3. So far the overwhelming majority has voted to cancel the race.
There are numerous reasons but due to the harsh and abnormally late snow cover we had the track still has frost underneath in some areas, and at the Bike races on 3/27 they cut out about 1/4 of the track. With the 2 inch soaking we are receiving and the already saturated ground the track is not shaping up as expected, as well as more rain predicted for Friday and Saturday all day.
There is a poll question and I have also posted Howards phone number..we will take the percentage of riders online and by phone and the majority will count will determine if there is a race.
After last year when everyone only got one moto and numerous motors were blown up we wanted to have the riders decide ahead of time. Many riders put off fixing their bike until late due to the weather and some have said cancel so they can go race in Georgia.As well as the fact that not many if any Northeast riders have had a chance to ride at all! Please Let everyone you know who is racing or planning on racing the series know!
