    Clutch leaking

Why is my clutch leaking oil right where it is circled? Is it maybe the seal going bad, and needed replaced? I need help quick so i can get this fixed!!! It is leaking right out of the top of where the clutch line goes the the little bracket and goes into the engine. Right where the bracket is, it is leaking.
