    WEll we got ANOTHER blasty

well kids looks like we are the proud owners of a 02' blaster A buddy we race w/ taded soemthing for it & didn't want to tear into it really so we picked it up for $400 it has a crack in the top of the clutch side cover(right above the kicker) but the guy also just won a new cover on Ebay for it so that is on it's way, we haven't brought it home yet, maybe tonight so we can trear into it to see whats else is up w/ it. Shouldn't be too bad though, it shifts so thats a plus, we had to redo the tranny in our current one when we got it. I'll post some pics this week of it, it's all stock except for some douglas 190.'s on the rear & a twist throttle which we will put our twist on it since the one thats on it is only a 1/2 turn. Or we may just find a thumb assembly to put back on it. this will be our trail blaster now & we can slam & Hoosier up our current one & leave it like that!! Nice to have one for racing & one for playing no more raising & lowering every time we want to ride!! WE may eventually put the top end off the race on it when we do our big bore but we'll see how it runs 1st hell it still has the injector system.........which will be coming off 1st thing!!! So anyway the boy is pretty excited, he wanted a 400 but we coudln't pass this deal up!!!
Back to the ol' Kodiak 4x4 but at least it's a quad!

sweet! i found out a easy way to get the 03 brakes on the old blasters. the new and old bearing carriers are the same! so you can bolt the hydro rear calpier strait up to a old blasters stock bearing carrier. theres still other stuff you need, but that takes care of the part about making a caliper mount
    Planning a comeback...
