draning gas automaticly

hey, i have a recon, last night i stripped it down to take a look at the carborater because it is draning gas and flooding really fast. I drained all the gas out of the carb, then it fired right up, but now even with the gas off it still runs through the carb and drains it. i had a full tank of gas last night and now i dont have any in the tank. what do i do???

i have a recon also my drain off hose at the bottom of the carb wont stop leaking, frustrating eh?
